This statement piece comes in an eccentric rust colour with solid pattern and full sleeves, sporting a faded, monochrome pattern on the fabric. The cotton shirt has a spread collar, patch pockets on both sides and button fasteners on the front. It comes in a curved hemline with regular length and cuff buttons. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Johnpride.in, you can return the product to us within 30 Days of Delivery. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake delivered a wrong size or you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

Once the return in requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-2 days.
Please note that we offer refunds only for PREPAID orders. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. For Cash On Delivery Orders, only store credits would be provided against the return. The store credits can be completely used to place any further order on johnpride.in. within 12 Months.
We do not refund Shipping Charges paid on the order returned.
The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted.
At the time of returning order, you also can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
For Boxers, they are non-returnable and non refundable.

For returns regarding to Size Issues, you can write to us at support@johnpride.in or Call US/WhatsApp Us: +91-9599969498. You can return the order and get it REPLACED with the right size.
You need to raise a request for replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted, and no exchange shall be processed.
Certain charges would be applicable in case of exchange, they are:

Rs. 49 for product or order value between Rs. 0 - Rs. 1199.
Rs. 99 for product or order value between Rs. 1200 - Rs. 1999.
Rs. 149 for product or order value between Rs. 2000 - Rs. 2999.
Rs. 199 for product or order value from Rs. 3000 and above.
